It has been rightly said, “You do your best work if you do a job that makes you happy” and Narayan Singh, a Senior Customer Service Representative from Rishikesh, Uttarakhand is a living example of this school of thought.
Due to family issues, he had to leave his previous job and search for another opportunity in his hometown. It was his positive outlook that helped him through this phase of his life and he happily joined the BASIX group in 2010.
Since then, he has maintained an impressive portfolio and gone out of his way to regularly engage with his customers. In this manner, he has not only been able to create and maintain cordial relationships with his customers, he has also been able to avoid any overdue in his portfolio.
